The Ho-Chunk Centre is a sleek, impressive 10-story Class A office building that dominates Sioux City’s skyline. Originally built in 1983 as Terra Industries’ national headquarters, a national manufacturing firm within the agribusiness industry. In 2012, the Terra Centre was purchased by Ho-Chunk, Inc. and other local investors. The building was later named the Ho-Chunk Centre to reflect Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s commitment to the success of the iconic building. The Ho-Chunk Centre went through several building renovations in 2014 including a renovation of the building atrium and an addition of a café located on the skywalk level, SweetWater Café.
With its modern, angular design, nearly every office has a breathtaking view of downtown Sioux City or the Missouri river. Located in the heart of downtown Sioux City, the Ho-Chunk Centre is perfectly situated near or connected by the skywalk system to other businesses, retail shops, restaurants, entertainment complexes, the museum and Historic Fourth Street District. Tenants have access to covered parking connected to the building by skywalk.
